Old Rectory

Coach house and stables. Early C19. Limestone ashlar; old plain-tile roof with
brick stack. L-plan. One storey plus attic/loft. Stables to left have door and
2-light casement beneath a stone-gabled half-dormer hayloft door. Coach house to
right has segmental-arched carriage entrance and doorway to first floor
accommodation. 2 large tile-hung dormers. To right is a single-storey stone and
tiled outbuilding with large fireplace, and to left a 2-bay open shed with old
brick walls and stone-slated roof. Interior: Stables have original stalls and
loose box. Included for group value.
