We stayed a few nights at The Bull Inn in Nettlebed in Aug of 1973 before returning to the states. I am sorry to see that the place is no longer an inn. It was a very interesting accommodation with a lot of character and obviously a long history. I remember the room I stayed in as having quite less than level floors (!). The folks that took care of us were most gracious and told us a little history of the place and about their work in running it as an inn. I seem to remember conversation about the building being 600 years old (would explain floor!!) but I don't know that to be fact.
