Cottage. C17. Square timber framing with brick and herringbone brick infill;
gabled old tile roof; brick right end external stack, and C18 stack to left.
One-unit plan. 2 storeys; one-bay range. Late C19 three-light casements. Plank
door in left side wall. Interior: chamfered beams, and chamfered bressumer over
open fireplace. Roof not inspected but likely to be of interest.
