GV II

Farmhouse. Early/mid C18. Grey brick with red brick quoins and dressings; gabled
old tile roof; end external stacks with tumbled-in brickwork. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys; 3-window range. Segmental arches of alternate red and flared brick
voussoirs over C20 door, 3-light casements and blind window over door. 3 gables
to front. 3-window range side walls have C19 iron casements. Rear outshut.
Interior: remodelled front room with chamfered beam and chamfered bressumer over
open fireplace to right: timber-framed partition to rear. Chamfered and stopped
beams in rear rooms. First floor not inspected but likely to be of interest.
