GV II

Cottage, now house. Late C17/early C18 to right bay, later C18 to left. Flint
rubble with brick dressings; gabled old tile roof; brick ridge stack. One-unit
extended to 2-unit lobby-entry plan. One-storey and attic; 2-window range.
Carved brackets to flat hood, and fluted architraves, to C20 door. Segmental
brick arches over late C19 three-light casements: late C19 two-light dormer. C20
porch to right side wall. Interior noted as having C18 brick fireplace and old
beams.
