GV II

House. Late C17/early C18. Flint rubble with brick quoins; gabled and
half-hipped old tile roof; brick ridge (original end) stack. 2-unit plan.
One-storey and attic; 2-window range. Brick soldier arches over C20 door and
casements: C20 porch. C20 raking dormers. Brick one-bay extension to right under
same roof. Interior: chamfered beams and joists, chamfered bressumer over open
fireplace. Quarter-turn stairs. Queen-post roof with clasped purlins.
