House, now public house. C18, refronted in later C18. Random bond brick front;
flint rubble with brick quoins and bands to sides and rear; old tile roof; brick
stacks. L-plan. One storey and attic; 2-window range. Flat brick arches over C20
door in beaded architrave and late C19/early C20 two-light casements; late
C19/early C20 gabled dormers. Raised plinth and eaves bands. Roof gabled with
large external end stack to right, and hipped with ridge stack to left. Rear
left wing of one storey and attic: 2-window range has brick lateral and gable
end stacks and dentilled eaves; late C19/early C20 casement and dormer.
Interior: first floor not inspected but likely to be of interest.
