House. Early/mid C17. Two ranges: rectangular timber framing with colourwashed brick infill to left; similar right range with more irregular framing and C18 ground-floor wall of flint rubble with brick dressings. Gabled thatch roof; old tile valley at junction of right wing with massive central brick stack, which has old tile roof over front bread oven; brick C17 ridge and C18 left end stacks. L-plan with right wing. One-storey and attic. Three-window range to left has C20 porch and door, and late C19 ground-floor and half-dormer casements. Two-storey gabled front of right wing has late C19 two-light casement over C20 casement; right side wall has fire insurance plaque and first-floor two-light horizontal sliding sashes. Interior: quartered beams and open fireplace in right service wing. Chamfered and jewel-stopped beams to centre and left. Queen-post roof.
