C20 tile roof; rendered end stack. One-unit plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. C20
door, and C20 door to left passage. Late C19 2-light casements and horizontal
sliding sashes. Interior: deep chamfered ground-floor beam. First floor not
inspected but likely to be of interest. Included for group value.
