Town house, now supermarket and flats. Mid/late C16, remodelled in mid C18.
Originally timber-framed. Mid C18 front of Flemish bond brick with red brick
dressings; gabled old tile roof; no stack. Original plan form unclear. 3
storeys; 2-window range. C20 shop front. Gauged brick flat arches with
wave-moulded soffits over C20 first-floor windows: C20 second-floor windows.
Raised storey bands. Interior: chamfered beams, and jettied construction at
front. First floor not inspected.
