GV II

Town house. Late C18. Grey header bond brick with red brick quoins and
dressings; gabled old tile roof; brick internal stacks. Double-depth plan. 3
storeys; 3-window range. Eared moulded architrave set in broken-pedimented
doorway with Gothick fanlight: 6-panelled door. Gauged brick flat arches over
paired sashes flanking central 6-pane sashes. Red brick storey bands. Interior:
2- and 6-panelled doors. Moulded cornice and fireplace to left. Round arch with
moulded imposts to rear of hall which has dog-leg with landing stairs, with
turned balusters on open string.
