House and shop. Late C16/early C17, extended in C17 and remodelled in mid C19.
Originally timber-framed. Rendered front; gabled old-tile roof. L-plan with rear
right wing. 2 storeys; one-window range. Mid C19 shop front with C20 door and
windows; mid C19 horned sash above. Two-storey C17 rear wing: originally
timber-framed, clad in mid C19 brick, with gabled old tile roof and left lateral
stack. Interior: front range has 3-bay queen-post roof with clasped purlins and
windbraces. Rear wing has quartered chamfered and stopped beams, quarter-turn
stairs and queen-strut and closed timber trusses.
