Inn. Late C17 with early C18 front. Coursed limestone rubble with red brick
dressings; plain-tile roof; brick stacks. 2 storey and attic; 7-window range. To
right of centre a 6-panel part-glazed double door, with fanlight. Painted wood
surround of Doric pilasters supporting brackets with an open pediment. 6-panel
door with moulded wood surround supporting open pediment to left of centre.
16-pane unhorned sashes to ground floor. Flat brick band between ground and
first floor. Seven 12-pane unhorned sashes to first floor. Shaped wooden eaves.
4 gabled dormers with 2-light casements. End stack to right and stack to rear.
C19 and C20 alterations to interior.
