GV II

Small house. Late C17/early C18, extended C20. Colourwashed coursed rubble;
thatch roof with brick ridge stack. 2-unit lobby-entry plan, extended. One
storey plus attics. Front is now partly concealed by a large single-storey C20
extension not of special architectural interest, but earlier range retains some
small-pane small dormers and has a small C20 bow window in the left gable wall,
facing road, with a Sun Insurance plaque on gable. Half-hipped roof extends over
added bay to rear. Interior: large central stack with back-to-back fireplaces.
