Watermill. C18, remodelled late C20. Brick and weatherboarded timber framing,
old plain-tile roof. storeys. Brick end wall and one side wall retain some
segmental-arched openings; weatherboarded side wall has C20 windows. Roof is
half hipped one end and hipped with outshut towards river. Interior: structure
of 2 floors and part of side-wall framing remain largely intact. Roof has been
rebuilt at a lower level in C20.
