House and former bakery, now part of hotel. Probably C17 with C18 front. Brick
with some rubble and timber framing; old plain-tile roof with brick ridge
stacks. 2-unit plan with long rear wing. 2 storeys. 2-window brick front, in
Flemish bond with stepped plinth, storey band and dentil eaves course, has
entrance and 3-light casement to left bay, both with segmental arches, and to
right a shop front; at first floor are two 3-light leaded casements. Roof has
stack to left of centre. Long rubble rear range, to left, includes some timber
framing. Interior: chamfered and stopped beams; open fireplaces.
