House. Early C17, extended C18. Timber framing with herringbone brick infill
brick with some flared headers; old plain-tile roof with brick ridge stacks.
2-unit lobby-entry plan with rear wing. 2 storeys. 2-window front of
timber-framed range has a central 6-panel door, with architrave and flat canopy
on shaped brackets, between large 3-light casements, with smaller 3-light
casements at first floor. Left gable wall is jettied on 4 curved brackets. Roof
has central clustered stack. Hip-roofed rear wing, to left, is in 2 builds and
has a storey band and a 3-light leaded casement under a segmental arch. Interior
not inspected. May have been linked with No.28, to right, (q.v.).
