House. C17, refronted mid/late C18. Rendered rubble; brick front in Flemish bond
with some flared headers; old plain-tile roof with brick stacks. 2-unit plan. 2
storeys. Symmetrical 2-window front has 6-panel door, under flat canopy with
shaped brackets, between 16-pane sashes; first-floor has smaller 16-pane sashes.
Windows have segmental arches. Rendered rear has lower eaves and 2 small dormers
with leaded casements. Interior not inspected. Greensleeves (q.v.) may have been
a rear wing of No.38.
