5/75 Fleur de Lys Inn


Inn. Possibly late medieval, extended and remodelled late C18/early C19.
Rendered walls, partly timber framed; brick; old plain-tile and Welsh-slate
roofs with brick stacks. 3-unit plan, extended to rear. 2 storeys. 3-window
rendered front has wide panelled and glazed door, 16-pane sash to right, double
12-pane sash to left, and a carriage entance to extreme left; three 12-pane
sashes at first floor. Slate roof has stacks to right and left. Rear is timber
framed with a tiled roof and much lower eaves. Hipped-roofed brick rear wing has
further sashes. Interior not inspected but noted as containing crucks.
