Inn.Possibly late medieval,extended and remodelled late C18/early C19.Rendered walls,partly timber framed;brick;old plain-tile and Welsh-slate roofs with brick stacks.Three-unit plan,extended to rear.Two storeys.Three-window rendered front has wide panelled and glazed door,sixteen-pane sash to right,double twelve-pane sash to left,and a carriage entrance to extreme left;three twelve-pane sashes at first floor.Slate roof has stacks to right and left.Rear is timber framed with a tiled roof and much lower eaves.Hipped-roofed brick rear wing has further sashes.Interior not inspected but noted as containing crucks.
