Small house. Early C18. Rendered walls, probably timber framed; old plain-tile
roof with brick stack. Single-unit plan. 2 storeys plus attics. Front has a
3-light leaded C18 bow window with transoms, and a leaded 3-light casement at
first floor. Entrance is in segmental-arched carriage entry, to left, linking to
No.33. (q.v.). Roof has a 2-light leaded roof dormer and a stack to left.
Interior not inspected.
