Farmhouse, now house. Mid C18, extended late C18. Brick with flared headers and
some coursed clunch rubble; old plain-tile roofs with brick stacks. 2-unit plan,
extended to double-depth with rear outshut. 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window
front, in header bond with Flemish bond at low level, has storey band, stepped
eaves course, gauged segmental arches and dressings in red brick. Central
4-panel door, with flat canopy on shaped brackets, is flanked by 3-light sashes;
first floor has casements of 3,2 and 3 lights. Roof has gable stacks. End walls
are of rubble with brick dressings, and return to a hipped roofed range, lying
parallel, which has segmental arched casement windows including one of 6 lights.
