Outbuilding, now partly tearooms. C17. Timber framing with brick infill; old
plain-tile roof with brick ridge stack. 2-unit plan. Single storey. Irregular
front has 3 plank doors and 4 small windows. Roof is half hipped to right and
flipped to left, with a stack to left of centre. Interior: jowled posts;
clasped-purlin roof. Possibly originally a cottage. Included for group value.
