Small house. Early/mid C18. Coursed clunch rubble with some brick dressings; old
plain-tile roof with brick gable stack. Single-unit plan. 2 storeys. Front has
3-light casements, at ground and first floors, and a plank door to extreme
right. Walls and openings all have brick quoins except for ground floor window
which has a stone segmental arch. Large projecting brick-quoined chimney to left
gable wall. Interior not inspected.
