GV II

Small house. Early/mid C18, extended C20. Banded clunch rubble and flint with
brick dressings; old plain-tile roof with brick stacks. 2-unit plan. One storey
plus attics. Front has central doorway, now a window, and a sash to left, both
with segmental arches; large C20 bay window, to right. Ridge stack in line with
doorway; further stack to right gable. Gables have C19 ornamental barge boards
as does the roof dormer at the rear. Extensive rear range incorporates parts of
former farm buildings. Interior not inspected. Probably originally lobby entry.
