10/19 No. 43 Queens College


Small house. Late C17/early C18. Colourwashed limestone rubble and some timber
framing with brick infill; thatch roof with brick gable stacks. 2-unit plan. One
storey plus attics. Front has a row of 4 segmental-arched openings, that to left
of centre the entrance, the rest 2-light casements; gables and large chimney
projections. C20 outshut to rear. Interior not inspected. Possibly an early-C18
conversion into 2 cottages of an earlier house.
