Inn, now house. 1751 on datestone. Colourwashed coursed limestone rubble with
some brick dressings; plain-tile roof with brick stack. Double-depth plan. 2
storeys. 3-window front, with brick quoins to angles, has a central door beneath
a C19 tiled canopy flanked by 3-light casements; at first floor are casements of
2, one and 2 lights. All joinery and lintels C20. Double-span roof. Chimney
projections to left end of front range. Datestone inscribed "F.G./1751" on left
end wall, noted as formerly over doorway. Interior not inspected. Included for
group value.
