Small house. C19 re-building of earlier structure. Limestone rubble with brick
dressings; Welsh-slate roof with brick ridge stack. 2-unit gable-fronted plan. 2
storeys plus attics. Entrance has 2-light casement to left and 3-light leaded
casement to right, plus further leaded casements at first floor and in gable.
Quoins at ground floor are C18. Return wall to right has 2 first-floor casements
but is largely obscured by C20 extension. Stacks serve a large old chimney
shared with The Limes (q.v.) which adjoins. Interior not inspected. Possibly the
remodelled service wing of The Limes. Included for group value.
