House, now shop and dwelling. Probably mid C18, with C20 shop front. Brick
plinth to shop front; re-used old-tile lean-to roof between ground and first
floor; lined render, probably on brick, to first floor; old plain-tile roof;
brick lateral stack to right. 2-storey, 2-window range. Sash door to centre of
shop front. Plank door to right. 15-pane shop windows to left and to right of
centre. Two 12-pane unhorned sashes with painted wood architrave surrounds to
first floor. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
