GV II*

House. Late C18 front range, probably with earlier structure to rear. Grey brick
with red brick dressings; old plain-tile half-hipped gambrel roof; brick ridge,
stack to rear left. 2 storeys and attic; 5-window range. 6-panel part-glazed
door to centre with painted wood architrave surround and flat hood. 12-pane
unhorned sashes with segmental brick heads to all openings. Flat brick band
between ground and first floors. Brick dentil course to eaves. 3 flat-roofed
full dormers with 6-pane horned sashes. Noted as having late C18 staircase with
baluster balustrade.
