Terrace of five dwellings. Mid C19, with later alterations. Grey brick with red
brick dressings; slate roof; brick ridge stacks. 2-storey, 5-window range. C20
doors with concrete cambered lintels, except, soldier-coursed brick lintel to
left. Each dwelling has single window to each floor, all with concrete cambered
lintels. No.36 has C20 casements. No.37 has 16-pane unhorned sashes. No.38 has
C20 casements. No.39 has 16-pane unhorned sashes. No.40 has 12-pane horned
sashes. Interiors not inspected. Included for group value.
