House, now shop and dwelling. Early C18, with C19 and C20 alterations. Stone
uncoursed rubble plinth; red brick with flared headers in Flemish bond; old
plain-tile hipped roof; brick end stack to left. Main front to North Street;
3-storey, 3-window range. C19 double-leaf glazed doors to angled corner at right
end. C20 plate-glass window to right of centre. 16-pane unhorned sash with
segmental brick head to left. Fascia board between ground and first floors to
right and centre. Flat brick band between ground and first floors to left. Three
12-pane segmental-topped horned sashes with segmental brick heads to first
floor. Flat brick band between first and second floors. Three 2-light casements
with leaded-lights to second floor. Right return, to Upper High Street, C20
plate-glass window to ground floor right. 12-pane segmental-topped horned sash
with segmental brick head to first floor. Flat brick band between first and
second floors. 2-light casement with leaded-lights to second floor. Interior not
inspected.
