GV II

Cottage. C16 with C18 cross-wing and C19 additions. Cruck-framed; red brick with
grey headers in Flemish bond; old plain-tile roof, half-hipped to right; brick
lateral stack to rear, end stack to cross wing to left. L-plan with cross-wing
to left. Single storey and attic; 2-window range. Ribbed door to lean-to porch
to junction of cross-wing to left. 2 horizontal sashes. C19 three-light casement
with segmental brick head to right return of cross-wing. 2 gabled dormers.
Interior: cruck truss to right gable end. Cruck truss blade to first floor
centre. Queen post roof trusses to cross-wing. Chamfered spine beam and joists
to ground floor right. C19 additions to left and to rear right.
