18/155 Ivy Farmhouse


Farmhouse, now house. Early C18, with early C19 brick front. Red brick; old
plain-tile roof; brick ridge stack to centre. 2-unit lobby-entry plan. Single
storey and attic; 2-window range. Plank door to gabled brick porch to centre.
3-light wood casements with segmental brick heads to left and right. Cross-gable
to right with 3-light wood casement with segmental brick head. Half-hipped
cross-gable to left with 3-light wood casement. Interior: straight flight
stairs. Queen-post roof. Blocked fireplaces to ground and first floor centre.
Some C18 doors with original hinges to first floor.
