GV II

Smithy and house, now house. Mid/late C18. Coursed limestone rubble with brick
quoins and dressings; gabled old tile roof; brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. One
storey and attic; 2-window range. Segmental brick arches over central C20 door
and flanking 3-light casments: 2-light dormer casements. Dentilled storey band
and eaves. One-storey, one-bay range to left of similar materials with
half-hipped old tile roof. One-storey range to right of similar materials with
gabled roof. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
