Farmhouse. C17, refaced mid C18, extended mid C19. Originally timber-framed.
Front of coursed chalk rubble with brick quoins and dressings; gabled late
C19/C20 tile roof; brick end stacks include right external stack. 2-unit plan. 2
storeys; 2-window range. Segmental brick arches over 3- and 4-light casements:
on first floor blocked window and 3-light casement. Raised brick storey band.
Early C18 two-panelled door to rear, with late C19 porch, adjoins mid C19 rear
right wing. Interior: chamfered and stopped beam to left; central timber-framed
partitions and framed rear wall with jowled post. C17 winder stairs to attic,
which has 2-bay queen-post roof.
