Shown on OS map as Waterside.
House, Late C17, earlier origins. Square timber framing, brick: infill; gabled
thatch roof; brick end stack. 2-unit plan. storeys; 3-window range. C20 door
with timber porch, and C20 glazed door to left. C20 casements and half-dormer
casements. Left gable wall has exposed cruck blade. Short C20 extension of
similar materials to right. Interior: timber-framed partitions; chamfered beams;
open fireplace to left.
