House. Mid C17, with late C18 brick front, and C20 alterations and additions.
Red brick; old plain-tile roof; brick ridge stack to rear. 2-unit plan with
cross-wing to rear. 2-storey, 2-window range. 3-light casements to front, those
to ground floor having segmental brick heads. Left return: large timber framing
with brick infill, painted to first-floor; Queen-post roof truss to gable end;
C20 door to C20 porch to C20 addition to left. Right return; large timber
framing with brick and rendered infill. Interior: chamfered spine beams to
ground floor with ogee-shaped end stops. Jowled main posts. Queen-post roof with
wind braces.
