Roughcast, probably on brick to ground flooor; roughcast on timber framing to
first floor. Massive brick end stack to right, various brick stacks to rear.
Courtyard plan. 2-storey, 5-window range. Double gates with open slatted tops to
carriage way to centre. 16-pane unhorned sashes to ground floor except
tripartite sash with glazing bars to left. Jetty to first floor. 16-pane
unhorned sashes with wood architrave surrounds to first floor left and right.
Gabled dormer with 2-light casement to centre. Cross-gables to left and right.
Rear: some timber-framing visible. irregular fenestration. Interior: extensive
beaming, massive brick open fireplace with brick basket arch to ground floor
left. Subsidiary C18 addition to right. Roughcast, probably on brick; old
plain-tile roof. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. Sash door to left of
centre. 16-pane horned sashes to all openings except 28-pane horned sash to
ground floor left. gabled dormers to right.
