Shop and dwelling. Early C19. Bath stone; old plain-tile roof. 3-storey,
3-window range. Banded rustication to ground floor. C19 glazed double doors with
overlight to centre. C19 arch-topped shop windows to left and right. C19
six-panel door with overlight to left. Guilloche-moulded stone band between
ground and first floor. Ashlar stone to first and second floor. Three 12-pane
unhorned sashes with stone architrave surrounds having rubbed keystones to first
floor. Moulded stone sill band between first and second floor. Three 6-pane
unhorned sashes with stone architrave surrounds having rubbed keystones and
incised sills, to second floor. Plain stone cornice and parapet to eaves,
