Public house. C17, with early C19 front. Painted brick; roughcast, probably on
timber framing to first floor; old plain-tile roof; brick end stack to right.
2-storey, 2-window range. C19 shop windows with two C20 doors to recessed porch
to centre. Two 12-pane horned sashes with architrave surrounds and rendered
plain round arches with facetted keystones and impost blocks to first floor.
Plain parapet to roof. Irregular cross-gables to rear. Interior: C19 alterations
to ground floor rooms. Early C19 house, now part of public house, to right.
Render, probably on brick; old plain-tile hipped roof. 3-storey, 2-window range.
Sash door to ground floor right. Three 12-pane horned sashes in common frame to
left. French doors with reeded surround and cast-iron balcony to first floor
centre. Two 16-pane unhorned sashes to second floor. Painted wood cornice to
eaves.
