Row of houses, and malthouse converted to boat club. Mid C18 with C20
alterations. Red brick with flared brick headers in Flemish bond; old Plain-tile
roof; brick internal stack to centre, ridge stack to left of centre. Single
storey and attic; 6-window range of 4-bay centre with cross-wings. 6-panel
part-glazed door to left of left cross-wing with open timber-framed gabled
porch. 6-panel part-glazed door to left of centre with open wood lattice porch.
6-panel door to right of centre with open C20 timber framed porch. C20 double
plank doors to right of centre. 9-pane unhorned sash to right of left
cross-wing. 2-light wood casements to centre with segmental brick heads. 3
single-light C20 casements to right cross-wing. 4 gabled dormers to centre with
2-light casements. ?-pane unhorned sash to half-hipped gable end of left
cross-wing. 2-light casement with segmental brick head to half-hipped gable end
of right cross-wing. Interior not inspected. Right cross-wing fords part of
former malthouse range with louvred vent to ridge.
