c.1820 stuccoed house. 3-storey. Low pitch slate eaves roof with east end wall
stack. Stone plinth. 3-window range, blank in centre, glazing bar sashes.
Central door with pilaster and open pediment wooden surround. 6-panel door with
metal traceried fanlight.
