c.1820 roughcast fronted house, 3-storey with moulded stone parapet and slate
roof. One window range, a full-height 3-sided canted bay with broad centre
glazing bar sash windows and narrow side-lights. Plain door with rectangular
fanlight. No 19 is part of same range as No 17 Romney House.
