Earlier C19 chequered brick fronted house. 3-storey, 2-window range. Low
pitched slate hipped eaves roof. Glazing bar sash windows with splayed stone
lintels with incised voussoir lines. Ground floor modern windows and render
replacing former shop front. Rear wing, No 2 Coach Lane, rubble stone and brick,
3-storey, 2-window range. Brick window surrounds with cambered heads and stone
keys. One window to 2nd floor. Margin light fanlight to door. Listed for
group value.
