Earlier C18 rubble stone and stucco house. 2-storey and attic with hipped plain
tile roof. 1 hipped dormer. Gable end to street, stuccoed with angle quoins
and moulded wood eaves. 2-window range, 2 fine large early C18 sash windows
with thick glazing bars to first floor. Modern ground floor window with
evidence of central mullion in sill. C19 door with panelled sides. Large
lean-to against east wall. Half-hipped south gable. Deeds said to date from
c.1735.
