GV II

Earlier to mid C19 stucco-fronted building. 3-storey with low pitched slate
eaves roof and end wall stacks. Moulded eaves soffit. Quoins and plain band
between first and second floors. 3-window range, glazing bar sash windows in
plain raised surrounds. C19 shopfronts, double fronted to west, to east side
with slim angle shafts and large scrolled brackets. Listed for group value.
