c.1840 cement rendered house. 3-storey. Modern plain tile eaves roof, end wall
stacks. Bracketted eaves. 3-window range. Stone first floor sill band.
Moulded window surrounds. Rusticated ground floor with keystones over windows
and arched central doorway. 4-panel door with metal tracery. Interior:
subdivided for flats.
