Farmhouse, now 2 dwellings. Late C17. Uncoursed limestone rubble, squared quoins
and dressings; light timber framing exposed in rear right bay. Gabled artificial
stone slate roof; brick symmetrical end stacks. 3-unit outshut plan. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 3-window range. Carved brackets to flat hood over plank door with
overlight. Segmental stone arches over C20 casement to right and 3-light leaded
casements to left: timber lintels over 3-light first-floor casements. To right
is service range, now house, of 2 storeys: 2-window range: limestone rubble, C20
tile roof. Interior: stop-chamfered and cased beams. Open fireplace in kitchen
of service range to right. Roof not inspected. Subsidiary features: high wall of
limestone rubble attached to left front.
