Two cottages. Late C17, extended early/mid C18. No.210 (to left) of late C17
light timber framing with brick infill over limestone rubble plinth: No.208 of
colourwashed limestone rubble. Gabled and half-hipped thatch roof; brick ridge
stack. 3-unit plan. One storey and attic; 3-window range. Timber lintels over
C20 casements: central C20 porch and adjoining C20 plank door (to No.208). Wing
projecting forward from right bay (of No.208) is of similar materials with C19
brick gable end and truncated lateral stone stack. Interior and rear not
inspected but likely to be of interest.
